Celebrating Community Impact: Meet the 2025 WCF Grant Recipients
At the Westlock Community Foundation, we believe in the power of local people and ideas to create lasting impact. That’s why we’re proud to announce the recipients of our 2025 Community Grants—12 exceptional projects, powered by local champions, that are making life better across our region.
Together, these grants represent a community investment of more than $200,000. From outdoor classrooms and diving blocks to hunger relief and historic restoration, this year’s funded initiatives reflect the creativity, compassion, and determination that define our communities.
“This year’s grantees reflect the incredible diversity, creativity, and resilience of our region,” said Katie Robertson, Executive Director of WCF. “Whether it’s building an outdoor classroom, upgrading senior facilities, preserving local history, or supporting families through food security initiatives, these projects are powered by passionate people who care deeply about their communities.”
